For ages   4 - 7   and   8 - 11

 

Relax Kids classes and ranges of products are a fun and easy way to introduce rest and relaxation during PHSE/Citizenship to your KS1 and KS2 pupils.  Relax Kids classes are IPTI approved

exercises, games, affirmations and simple

visualisations.
